Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health conducted a study on the effects of coffee on life expectancy. The results of studying over 167,000 women and 40,000 men regarding this subject are very promising for people with a slightly condemned coffee addiction.
The ones who drank three to five cups of coffee a day had a 15% lower risk of premature death compared to non-drinkers. There is also a lower risk of death from heart disease, diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease if you get your caffeine fix on a daily bases.
Drinking more than five cups a day didn’t have any influence on longevity. So don’t over do it; 3- 5 it is! Maybe needless to say, but don’t smoke; smokers neutralize all the benefits from drinking coffee and expose themselves to even greater risks.
